Sara Cook has a long history of creditor representation in commercial bankruptcies from large publicly traded companies, mega bankruptcies to small commercial cases. Together with Pat Kraft, Ms. Cook has represented clients on creditor committees, defended preferences and represented trustees in adversary litigation involving professional liability and fraud in both Cook and McHenry County.
Debtor
We have developed a growing bankruptcy practice, in both our Woodstock and Chicago offices, representing individual debtors and small businesses. Jim Fine, who has been teaching bankruptcy to paralegals through Roosevelt University for many years, is an experienced debtor’s counsel. His knowledge of the bankruptcy technology allows him to efficiently serve our clients and to provide the personal service that they require.
