Experience:

Ms. Ramson has had extensive experience in representing physicians, nurses, professional corporations and product manufacturers in all areas of medicine and products. Her cases have included both professional liability and product liability, including products currently on the market and in the testing and trial stage of development.

Ms. Ramson has tried numerous cases to verdict with excellent results. Her trials have involved both single defendant and multi-defendant cases in which large damages were sought.

Prior to her legal work since 1981, Ms. Ramson practiced for several years as a Registered Nurse, primarily as an Emergency Department nurse and as Head Nurse of a Medical Intensive Care Unit. She also practiced as the Director of Nursing in a surgical hospital and taught nursing. These experiences have enriched her abilities in the legal defense of medical professionals and products.

Ms. Ramson has also developed and given several medical seminars to health care professions on both risk management and trial practice.
