He has a long-standing success track record representing commercial and residential landlords in various lease disputes, including evictions and workouts.
He develops and implements litigation strategy for his entire practice. He is experienced in litigating cases to verdict or engaging in negotiated settlements.
Outside of the office, Mr. Shapiro can be found at the gym, catching a live music show or traveling to visit his widely dispersed family.
