Biography

Josh Worell is a distinguished trial lawyer with a dedication to results. He handles cases ranging from insurance defense to construction litigation to business disputes, having litigated cases from Puerto Rico to British Columbia. He approaches every case with an eye towards trial and a dedication to results.

Different clients have different needs, and Mr. Worell’s diverse experience allows him to understand and anticipate his clients’ most important concerns. Over the course of his career Mr. Worell has represented manufacturers, grocery store chains, builders, car and truck insurers, physicians and clinicians, motorists, municipalities, property owners, and more – all with great success. A Chicagoland native, Mr. Worell is a dedicated father who enjoys spending time with his daughter. Outside of the office he can be found taking in live music, bicycling, and enjoying the city’s art and architecture.
