Timothy M. Hayes is an associate at McKenna whose practice concentrates on toxic tort litigation defense with an emphasis on asbestos tort litigation.  Mr. Hayes also represents companies in the developing area of privacy and cyber security law. His representation includes compliance with privacy laws, drafting policies, insurance issues, and representing clients who have suffered a data breach.

Mr. Hayes and his wife have two children. He is a dedicated fan of his beloved Chicago Cubs and loves everything having to do with baseball.
