Mr. Winters received his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he received the CALI award for written and oral advocacy. As a law student, Josh served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama of the Cook County Circuit Court, and participated in the Health Justice Project legal clinic, assisting clients in public benefits and housing matters.
Biography
Josh received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, receiving B.A.s in Communications and Political Science. As an attorney, Josh has successfully advocated for his clients at arbitration hearings, assisted lead counsel in jury trials, and has prevailed in the overwhelming majority of contested motions he has drafted and argued in court.
