We are very pleased to have Alison Harkins join the firm as Of Counsel. Alison comes to us as a former lender, loan documenter, and financial privacy and transaction specialist. She brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to transactions. She has worked in house and understands the needs of small businesses for general counsel advice without the expense of an in house counsel. She adds depth and specialized experience to our team.

  Alex Sweis successfully kept a lid on damages in an admitted liability case. The Plaintiff asked for medical specials of almost $20,000 plus $325,000.00 of pain and suffering and loss of normal life. Alex succeeded in getting a verdict for $250,000 less then requested.

  Julie Ramson and Sara Cook again were lecturers for the National Health Sciences University Masters Program for chiropractors. Their lecture focused on risk management from the attorney’s perspective.

Jaime Dowell was invited to be Volunteer Judge, ABA Law Student Division Negotiation Competition in February

Sara Cook and Kristin Tauras successfully obtained a directed judgment for the Seller-Defendants in a Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices Act trial.
